BRiK academy is a registered brand of AdametNextLLp. These Terms and Conditions of Use agreement ("Usage Agreement") will form a binding contract between you (or the company you are acting on behalf of, either, "You" or "Your") and Your membership governing Your use of our website.
Read this Usage Agreement carefully. You are agreeing to be contractually bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Usage Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated in this Usage Agreement, do not use this web site or any associated services.

Membership information, about your membership with BRiK Academy including your name, contact details such as address, phone number and email address (business or personal), job title, government identification numbers (e.g. Aadhar number, passport number etc.), year of admission and any other information related to your membership. Membership information may be provided by you during the registration process, or by your employer on your behalf.
Purchase information, relating to purchases made by members and non-members of delegate passes and event participation or newsletter subscriptions either in-person or via our Website. Purchase information will include financial information as well as information concerning the content and time of the purchase.
Third party information, should you provide any personal data relating to third parties you confirm that you have the permission of such third party to do so. Our Websites include the ability for you and other users to link to social networking websites. As a result, we receive information about you when you choose to post or otherwise share information about our Websites on these social networking websites. We may use such information about you in a variety of ways, including to administer a Website and enhance your experience with a Website and to communicate with you about a Website and new offerings or activities associated with the Website.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
1. Once the payment made for a scheduled event, participant can cancel his/her registration before participant is within 15 calendar days of event start date. Such cases, his/her payment can be refunded after deducting applicable taxes or it can be transferred to another candidate as per suggestion.
2. Once the payment made for a scheduled event, no refund will be made if participant want to cancel his/her registration within 15 days before the start date of event.
3. Once the payment made for a scheduled event, if institute cancels the event, entire paid amount will be refunded within 30 days after such intimation without deducting any tax amount.
